How can I work as a collaborator who has been invited to contribute to an artform I have not previously engaged in?

Angella Parsons invited me to work with her on The Mound, a land art piece she planned to create on the site of a garbage pile that previous residents had created on the land which she now owns. We spent three days together moving dirt, transplanting flowers and weeds, building and sharing, digging and watering.
